What Is Your Freight Shipping Policy?

For items eligible for free freight shipping, delivery must be made to a business address equipped with a loading dock or forklift. Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your shipment at the carrier’s freight terminal (typically located at your nearest major airport).
• Shipping Estimates: eBay’s shipping time estimates are not accurate for items shipped via freight.
• Extra Delivery Fees: If your shipment is being delivered to an address without a loading dock or forklift, liftgate service is required for palleted shipments at an additional cost of $50. For residential deliveries, deliveries incur an additional $100 charge.
During checkout, you’ll be prompted to select either liftgate service or residential freight. Please ensure you choose the correct option for your address to avoid any shipping delays!

What Is Your Return and Exchange Policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We make every effort to verify the condition of the parts we sell; however, some parts cannot be fully tested before shipping. If you receive a damaged or non-working part, we will exchange it for a working one provided that the part is returned in its original condition. Please note that any parts returned incomplete, modified, damaged, or otherwise tampered with will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
For parts shipped via freight, please be aware of the following:
• Returns: We do not offer free returns on parts shipped via freight.
• Freight Damage: If a part is damaged during freight shipment, you must either refuse the delivery or have the damage clearly noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt. No refunds or exchanges will be provided if the bill of lading is signed without a damage note.
Additionally, please note:
• Dry Shipment for Major Components: All engines, transmissions, and differentials are shipped dry. Under no circumstances will damage due to a lack of oil or fluid be warrantied.
• Installation Requirements: These major components must be installed by an ASE-certified repair shop. Failure to provide proof of such installation will void any warranty claim.
• Warranty Coverage: We guarantee that each part will function properly upon installation; however, we do not offer any extended warranties. Please refering to our “Return Policy” page.

How Can I Track My Order?

After your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress either through our website or directly via the carrier’s tracking system.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location (within lower 48 states) and the shipping method you select.
• Ground Shipping: Orders shipped via ground service will arrive in 1–5 business days.
• Freight Shipping: Orders shipped via freight typically take 5–10 business days on average.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) as well as PayPal. Our payment process is secured using industry-standard encryption, ensuring that your personal and financial information remains protected.

Do You Offer Warranty for The Products?

Absolutely, for the new car parts and the pre-printed accessories, we do offer 30 days warranty once your order been delivered.
For the “Sold As-Is” items, we do not offer warranty nor return for refund / replace.
